Sanitary District Town Hall Meeting - Organics Recycling Program
The Costa Mesa Sanitary District held a Town Hall meeting on January 11, 2014, to discuss the proposed implementation of an Organics Recycling Program that will require the source separating of organic materials, addition of a separate organics cart, and impacts on current trash services.
