The District’s Board Room (pictured above) doubles as a community room that can be rented by local, non-profit or government organizations for meetings and events. Chairs and tables are available for use and the room can accommodate up to 50 guests. A refundable $150 cleaning/damage deposit is required for rental during the District’s regular hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and every other Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For use after regular business hours, a charge will be deducted from the $150 deposit to recover costs for each quarter hour that District staff is required to remain on the premises.
